John T. Fleming was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. His interest in architecture and desire to build was borne of a family tradition that dated back to his great, great-grandparents. As a young man, John worked for Mies van der Rohe, one of the most renowned architects of modern times. From that experience John derived a passionate belief that the same principles of design and construction could be applied to life. And that ordinary people could accomplish the extraordinary by following similar building concepts. John spent many years within the ranks of a major U.S. corporation. Since retiring in 2005, he has founded Ideas and Design Group, a consulting organization, and Black Educational Events, LLC, a producer of Historically Black College/University events that focuses on demonstrating to youth the importance of education. In 2006, John became publisher and editor in chief of Direct Selling News, the respected trade publication serving executives in the direct selling industry. John is a past recipient of the Direct Selling Education Foundation's highest honor, The Circle of Honor Award.

Mr. Tilmon was the 5th African American Commercial Pilot to fly in the U.S. beginning his career with American Airlines, where he was the 3rd in their history. He spent 29 years with American. Mr. Tilmon then spent 22 years with NBC in Chicago as their weather forecaster and the aviation and science reporter. Among his many other accomplishments, television Emmy, press awards and contributions, he and his wife Joan have always been involved in community activities. One in particular was his participation in the Plans for Progress Task Force on Youth Motivation, a program instituted by then Vice-President Hubert Humphrey. The program’s intent was to enlighten minority youth high school and college students concerning the expanding opportunities in industry, and to inspire them with the confidence to seek careers in areas they may not have thought possible. This and his other tireless work with minority youth across the nation won him the coveted American Airlines "Captain's Chair" award.

As the CEO of Your Success Network, the parent company of the Urban Success Network, he is also a personal development coach who specializes in teaching the law of attraction through his one-of-a-kind "Desire" training. Mr. Oblon is currently not only working on building the network of companies centered around personal development for youths and adults alike, he's also writing his first book and developing plans for personal development movie based on these same teachings.

 

Kevin was born and raised in Buffalo N.Y. He graduated from West Point, the United States Military Academy, and he served six years as an officer in the U.S. Army Field Artillery. He held a combat arms leadership role for his entire career, except one staff position, during which he obtained a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management. He also served in Iraq during "Operation Iraqi Freedom". Since the military, Kevin has worked for Honeywell as an earned-value analyst in the aerospace department, in Phoenix Arizona. Not too long after moving to the Valley, he discovered a leadership and personal development system that helped him take the next step. He started testing his leadership skills in the entrepreneurial world by starting several companies, to include a real estate company and a business mailing-address company. Kevin, then, found his true passion in sharing and teaching leadership principles with people who wanted to grow personally. Since he started following his passion, he really began to understand the true joy of giving.
